Definition: The Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service is available only to organizations using branded products and services as corporate gifts, rewards, premiums, promotional offers, recognition, and charitable fund-raisers. Items may not be resold for any other purpose than for use in the above types of programs unless otherwise specifically approved by a supplier.
Membership: Membership is by individual and company; there may be more than one authorized user for a company, or multiple people can share a single account.
Qualifications: The company must certify that it will only use the branded products for the above purposes, and that it will comply with the terms and conditions of participating brands. Any member found to have used a product or service for any other purpose, or that is in violation of the terms and conditions of a particular brand, will be subject to expulsion from the Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service. Members understand that violation of these requirements can lead to immediate expulsion from the Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service.
Use of product: Some brands have restrictions on how their product or brand name can be used, particularly as it relates to consumer promotions. Based on how you intend to use the brands in your program (you will be asked a question related to product usage in the checkout process), you may be asked for additional information to get authorized use to promote that brand. This is usually granted within one or two businesses days unless it is a particularly large or complex promotion. Members of the Corporate Rewards Exchange must comply with the product use requirements outlined under the Terms and Conditions of each brand.
Returns: All policies related to returns are subject to the terms and conditions of each participating brand and/or fulfiller. Damaged products can be returned to the original fulfiller. Please contact the Corporate Rewards Exchange within 24 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise at 866-488-5449 so that we may issue you a call tag for the damaged items. Please note that some brands provide the lowest possible pricing based on all sales being final, except in the case of goods that arrive damaged.
Sales taxes: Sales taxes will be applied to all purchases billed to addresses in New York state, and to other states based on the specific brand and/or vendor selected. Sales taxes will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page. Resellers may submit a resale certificate to be exempt from sales taxes, as can corporations that certify that they are responsible for payment of local use taxes.
Shipping: Because of the complexity of bulk orders, the Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service provides a preliminary shipping estimate with each order. If you would like to proceed with the purchase, you will be directed to click to request a final shipping price. You will receive an e-mail containing the final shipping price. Your order will not be authorized to ship until you approve the final order.
Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States
When placing an order to be shipped via UPS to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, an additional shipping charge will be automatically applied to your order. Please contact Customer Service for a custom quote of additional shipping charges.
Please note that your order may be sourced from multiple locations in order to provide you with the best price.
Payments. You may pay by credit card, e-check, or via purchase order, subject to credit approval. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. In order to verify payment requirements, we may need to pre-authorize your credit card during the checkout process. This will put a hold on your credit card for the amount purchased. Once the item(s) are shipped, your credit card will be charged in full. You may apply for credit at the time of purchase or on the membership form.

Corporate Rewards Exchange specifically disclaims any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Corporate Rewards Exchange reserves the right to change elements or terms of use of any program, including, but not limited to, award or gift offerings, at any time without notice. If an award or gift offering is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a substitute of equivalent quality. All award and gift offerings are subject to availability. Certain suppliers on the Corporate Rewards Exchange may make model substitutions of equivalent value without advance notice when necessary. Violations of Terms and Conditions. Corporate Rewards Exchange reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the web site.
Access to password-protected/secure areas. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the web site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the web site may be subject to prosecution.
Children. This web site and the Corporate Rewards Exchange is for businesses only. We do not knowingly solicit data from children; we do not knowingly market to children, and we do not knowingly do business with children.
Entering This Site
Upon typing the URL into your browser, you pass through a series of firewalls; to complete the login process to this site, you must enter an account number that is unique to your program. This login process is administered via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). See box below, for further details as to how this will appear based on your browser.
Remember—entry into SSL secure mode is automatic during the logon and order submission processes, and will appear differently based upon the browser type used, as follows:
