Pricing, Shipping, Sales Taxes, Payments

After becoming approved members, corporate end-users and incentive, marketing, and promotional companies will receive a user name and password that enables them to see the standard corporate discounts for bulk purchases, based on quantity and delivery requirements, and based on whether they are an end-user or reseller. If you require particularly large quantities, or expect to become a regular customer of a particular vendor, you will be able to submit a Request for Pricing to potentially gain enhanced pricing on a specific order or on future orders.

An estimate of freight is provided with each order. If you are ready to place your order, you may click where indicated to request a final shipping quote before submitting your final order.

Sales tax will be applied to all shipments made within the state of New York, and to other states based on your location and the authorized distributors from which you buy. Sales taxes will be clearly shown at the bottom of each Order Confirmation.

You can pay via credit card, e-check, or via purchase order by applying for credit when you apply for membership or make your first order.

Resellers may apply for sales tax exemption by submitting a re-sale certificate. Corporations can request an exemption for sales taxes if they certify that they are responsible for use taxes levied in their own states.

Member Qualifications

The Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service is for businesses only, including corporations, charitable organizations, and other institutions using branded products as gifts, rewards, or other ways to build relationships with their key customers, distribution partners, salespeople, and other employees. Products and services purchased through the Corporate Rewards Exchange may only be re-sold by qualified incentive, marketing, and promotional companies to business organizations using them for the above-mentioned purposes. Members fill out an electronic Membership Application form in order to qualify to purchase through the system and will generally receive a response within one business day or less if their application is approved or denied.

Terms and Conditions

By joining the Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service, you agree that your organization will only use the branded products purchased for corporate gifts, rewards, premiums or related programs, subject to the terms and conditions of each participating company clearly spelled out on their terms and conditions page. Resellers may not offer these products and services to companies for anything other than rewards, gifts, incentives, or premiums, unless explicitly permitted by a participating brand.

The Corporate Rewards Exchange buying service is owned by Engagement Technology LLC, Tarrytown, N.Y., a provider of Web-based technologies that support customer, distribution partner, sales, and other employee engagement strategies. To maximize the integrity of the system, the business practices and terms and conditions of the Corporate Rewards Exchange are overseen by a Board of Governors who help ensure that the rules and procedures are transparent and precisely as presented in the business practices of the Web site. These policies are embodied in a Business Process Manual maintained by the Board of Governors.
